We worked with GSA Construction quite well. GSA obtained estimates for the work to be done from several subcontractors and we decided with GSA’s advice which contractor to choose. He gave us multiple estimates of the work to be done and then billed us on a cost plus basis. GSA allowed us to do as much of our own work as we desired which saved us much money. GSA advised us to reduce the step to the garage to 8 inches which worked great for us.  Ours turned out great and we really like it.

We have been planning/working with GSA Construction, for the past year, on building our forever home.  Since this would be our first time (and hopefully our last) building a home, we understandably had nerves on how the whole process would work. However, from the beginning GSA has been great at calming our nerves by explaining every step in full detail. He is patient with our questions and does not make us feel silly for asking anything. We are so grateful to have GSA on our side… having someone knowledgeable handle the day to day details has been great but it is even more comforting knowing he is there to help us get the best products/services possible while also staying within budget. Our house is not done yet, and there have been moments where we’ve second guess everything done up to this point; But, when we visit the job site and/or talk with GSA via phone/email, we are reassured that our house will be our dream when finished.
